I received this as a gift last Christmas. I have used it consistently now and it never fails. It is almost too easy. The trick is to hold the bottle so that it does not move, preferably supported by the counter, and lightly press down with the opener. Once you get the trick it is like slicing a piece of cake. No messed up cork screws just a rapid smooth opener. It takes up very little room on the counter and once charged works for quite a few openings.

I received this wine opener as a Christmas gift and it has been the most useful gadget I've ever owned. So much so that I have given it to friends for birthday presents. It's so easy to operate and it stays charged for long periods. We just used it for a reception at our home the other evening and opened at least 10 bottles of wine effortlessly. So many people wanted to know where to buy it. This product works awesome. When you need a bottle of wine ripped open for, well you know-late night romance grab this handy tool and let it do the trick. The unit is flawless, it removes the cork quickly off any bottle. I recommend this to any person that needs a wine opener. I recently saw this wine opener at a friends during a Super Bowl party and I knew I had to have one. I got this as a Christmas gift and am amazed with the ease of use! Being novice wine drinkers, my husband and I had been destroying corks and were generally frustrated with corkscrews before this was given to me. My mother has had one for a couple of years and thought it would be a nice addition to my kitchen. Easy to use, discharges corks cleanly and keeps cork out of my wine. I am enjoying the opener.

Thought this was more of a gadget gift but honestly it is great the opener is one of the most useful things i have ever bought my wife loves it the chiller is just a metal cask which ice is added to but for the price i just got the combo pack i bought it just for the opener. Amazing! It's hard to belive that a product so small could produce so much torque, it opens any wine bottle with ease. Attractive enouch to remain on bar or countertop.
